Thank you for giving me the opportunity to feed back on my experience of having a power wall 2 fitted at my home.

 

We had a site survey to double check where the Powerwall might go. That went well and was efficiently completed. Several other minor problems were highlighted which were to be sorted out at the time of the powerwall fitting.

 

The engineer , Rob arrived on time and after a discussion started work. His colleague arrived and helped to lift and fit the powerwall. This was done quickly and efficiently. I’m pleased to say that the unit worked straight away and I was advised how to use the system. Several other minor issues were sorted and they left their work area spotlessly clean.

I have no hesitation in recommending the fitting of the power wall 2 by the team at Empower.

Powerwall & Tesla Battery Storage

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to your 3 guys for completing the very complex installation of our Powerwall 2 and 4kW Solar PV array on our house today. They worked tirelessly from 8am to 6pm and left the place as tidy as they found it and did a very neat job of the installation, particularly given the very tight space constraints of our garage where all the equipment was installed. The guys were polite, courteous and put up with all my questions very patiently, and I couldn’t be more delighted with the results.

System Tripping

I just wanted to say thank you for coming out and fixing this so quickly. It appears to be very stable now, no trip outs and we've had the kind of conditions that would previously cause it to trip. I work in tech and know only too well it's rarely a straightforward fix, so thank you again. Electrical Rewiring

I had this firm to re-wire my lights and install new lights in my bedroom,dinning room,hall and lounge. What a first class job. The work men very clean, polite, and punctual. I am delighted with the work I have had done. I need my kitchen and bathroom done yet and I will be using Empower again. I highly recommended anyone to use them. And the bonus is a good price as well.

Thank you for an excellent conversion for my solar installation , your engineers were elite , knowing their job so precisely and knowing what their comrade would need . a well oiled machine born from at least 2 years working together but looking at the team , I reckon at least 5 . the scaffolders were also at the top of their game , and were non fussy about a rubbish job . I have a mid terrace property , with no easy access to the rear . the fact your team got the work done tells you the scaffolders were also able to produce a top quality job . I can see why you use them for this part of the country , they can only add to the top quality product you supply . in retrospect I wish I had found your professional company first . but retrospection is time wasted . thank you . thank you all very much .
