Alpha Centre Unit 9 & 10
We're excited to announce our latest project on Alpha Centre units 9 and 10. Alpha Unit 9 boasts an impressive 47.5KW system, featuring 100 Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. panels, 50 P1100 optimizers, and 1 SolarEdge Technologies inverter. Meanwhile, Alpha Unit 10 is an efficient 19KW system with 40 JinkoSolar panels, 40 SolarEdge optimizers, and 1 SolarEdge inverter!
When these two systems work together, they'll generate a whopping 64,018 KWh of PV power each year. That translates to incredible annual savings of £14,083.96 on electricity bills!
These units, both part of the industrial sector, have taken a significant step towards a more sustainable, greener, and happier planet by going solar. Together, they're reducing CO2 emissions by a remarkable 35,627KG each year.

Wessex Gammon specializes in crafting high-quality cooked meats for trade distribution, including delicious honey-smoked whole and half joints. They also engage in secondary processing of turkey and beef. Empower Energy had the privilege of installing solar panels for Wessex Gammon, as they were determined to embrace a more sustainable path!
The combined solar array at Wessex Gammon boasts an impressive 46.02 KW capacity and comprises a total of 108 solar panels! Wessex Gammon's commitment to sustainability serves as an inspiring example of how we can contribute to a greener planet, regardless of the challenges we face. Additionally, this initiative will result in annual savings of £43,361.02 for Wessex Gammon, underscoring the economic benefits of the system.

Trickett Welding, headquartered in Poole, specializes in motor vehicle welding, rejuvenation, and restoration services. With a rich family heritage of over 45 years in the field, Trickett Welding prides itself on its ability to restore and maintain a wide range of vehicles, from cars and 4x4s to commercial vans, campervans, and motorhomes, ensuring they are fully functional, roadworthy, and safe.
Demonstrating their commitment to leading the way in sustainability, Trickett Welding partnered with Empower Energy to install a state-of-the-art 21KW solar power system. This system includes 44 high-performance JinkoSolar panels, 44 SolarEdge optimizers, and a SolarEdge inverter, working together seamlessly. Thanks to this initiative, Trickett's solar system now produces an impressive 21,239 KWh of electricity annually, resulting in substantial savings of £8,877.90 on their annual electric bill.
But their impact goes beyond just cost savings. Trickett's decision to adopt this sustainable energy solution has significantly reduced their carbon footprint. Specifically, they've slashed their CO2 emissions by a noteworthy 11,819 kilograms per year. After having a new roof installed by Jade Aden, Inoplas instructed Empower to help them in their next step towards achieving Future Net Zero, by installing 496 solar panels across their entire factory, with a view to continue to reduce their environmental impact, while lowering their energy bills too. They are now looking at another building having solar installed on it as part of their phased development while the roof is being replaced. The solar installation will help the company to save an average of £30,000 a year in electricity costs. It will also reduce 102,238 kg of carbon footprint a year.
